Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the merchandise within 15 days of the purchase date. You should notify us via email at info@Dasoulinc.com about returning or exchanging your purchase. Our return/exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Shipping
All products must be in their original condition and include all tags. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

NOTE: Due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for an exchange or refund
